In the city of Melgaço, for medical assistance to the riverside communities, a boat that the city received from the Federal Government, the Basic Family Health Unit (BFHU) was used.
In the third Amazon Mission, as a result of the work of evangelization carried out in the 2nd Mission, a church was consecrated in the city of Melgaço.
