The sixth missionary edition, with evangelistic and medico-social nature, was launched on November 18, by the Maranatha Christian Mission, with the participation of 50 volunteers. The starting point was Bel\u00e9m, at the State of Par\u00e1, where the opening worship service took place last Saturday, 17th, at the Maranatha Christian Church of the Batista Campos neighborhood. On Sunday morning, 18, volunteers boarded at 6:30 am on the Tanav boat to Melga\u00e7o and arrived at around 6:00 p.m. and participated in the service together with the brethren of the Maranatha Christian Church of Melga\u00e7o. In this first point, the medical consultations, evangelizations, serenades and special services will begin. On the 21st, the boat leaves for the second place for assistance, the city of Bagre and stays there for two days. On the 23rd, the riverside town of S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o da Boa Vista will receive the volunteers who will remain in town until the 25th. The mission ends on November 26th, with the return to Bel\u00e9m, at around 2pm.<\/p>\n

\"\"The volunteers\u2019 service team is composed of evangelists, cooks, dentists, nursing professionals, pharmacists, doctors, researchers, members of the Manuel Passos Barros Foundation, of the Maanaim Radio as well as members of the Maranatha Christian Church of Breves. The church of Breves is responsible for assisting the churches of Melga\u00e7o and Bagre, through pastor Antonino Magno de Freitas, resident of Macap\u00e1, capital of the state of Amap\u00e1. He travels by boat for about 15 hour to attend these churches, according to reports of pastor Jo\u00e3o Evangelista Cidade Neto, president of the Maranatha Christian Mission.<\/p>\n

\"\"The cities assisted by the sixth edition of the Mission Amazon, Melga\u00e7o, Bagre and S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o da Boa Vista, are located in the state of Par\u00e1, southwest of the Maraj\u00f3 Island. The residents have welcomed with joy the volunteers of each edition of this work. They have been assisted in both medical and, most of all, the spiritual part, enjoying the blessings and the salvation of their souls, through the great operation that the Holy Spirit of God has reserved for their lives.<\/p>\n
