“Every tongue, every tribe, every people, every land, giving glory, giving honor, giving praise unto the Lamb of God” This part of the praise “Hallelujah to the Lamb” portrays the important participation of all churches in Brazil and outside the sound doctrine that emerges from the Word of God, the Bible, through the weekly teachings of the Sunday Bible School (EBD) of the Maranatha Christian Church (MCC).
Since March 2020, MCC’s digital services have been broadcast on YouTube due to social distancing. EBD has also been held on this platform, on Sundays, at 10 am, with live transmission, in which the answers to the questions studied during the week are displayed. The EBD is based on biblical teachings revealed by God, published in magazine articles by the Science and Faith group of MCC and also featured on the weekly television program “Announcing the Eternal Gospel”. It is worth highlighting the relevant participation of youth from Brazil and abroad in the EBD, sending videos with the answers to biblical questions and complementary revelations for the benefit of teaching.
Youth are better prepared to face arguments against the Bible
According to information provided by Pastor Gilson Souza, who presents the answers of the EBD, an audience of over 100 thousand youth is estimated at MCC in total. “In one week, we have received around 300 responses to questions from EBD, coming from churches in 20 to 25 states of the Federation (Brazil), in addition to almost 30 foreign countries. Over 50% of these participations are from youth groups ”, added Pastor Gilson. This significant participation of young people is due to the ease of assimilating the subjects of the biblical themes studied. “In addition, youth have been awakened by the current issues related to Science and Faith, having a deeper knowledge of the Word and preparing themselves better to face arguments against the Bible in schools and universities”, pointed out Gilson.
The participation of youth in EBD happens on a voluntary basis. Each church digitally gathers its youth to unify the responses and send the contribution on the MCC website, identifying the name of the church, the responsible pastor and the participants. “Other times they send videos, in which they record their responses and, when they come from other countries, the youth send them in the local languages of those countries”, described Pastor Gilson.
The Maranatha Christian Mission (MICM), which coordinates and assists pastors sent to MCC evangelistic missions in different areas of Brazil and abroad, also spoke about the importance of the participation of youth and other members in EBD. “The participation of young people in EBD has been very important, demonstrating the interest and scope of the doctrine taught. The doctrine confirms the walk of the servant, marks his way and is a remedy for the spiritual life. EBD is a secret in the life, in the servant’s walk with the Lord. The servant who loves EBD and we can include Maanaim, because both deal with doctrine, has a firmer and healthier walk in the presence of the Lord ”, reiterated Pastor João Cidade, president of the Maranata Christian Mission.
Below, it is possible to watch some youth participation in different countries. The English translation is below each video.

QUESTION FROM EBD ON 5/17/2020
In the biblical story of Abraham, there is the prophetic side that interests the church today. If we make a parallel between Eliezer’s mission and the operation of the Holy Spirit, in this time that precedes the rapture, one wonders:
A) Will the Holy Spirit be removed from the world with the church? Yes or no?
B) Respond with the text in Genesis chapter 24:53 to 56.
SPANISH RESPONSE by Luis Fernando Añino, youth from MCC of Panama
TRANSLATION
The answer is: Yes. The Holy Spirit will be removed from the world with the beloved church. We can find it in the book of Genesis 24:56, which says: “And he said to them: ‘Do not hinder me, since the Lord has prospered my way; send me away so that I may go to my master.’”
QUESTION FROM EBD ON 5/17/2020
Reading chapter 24 of Genesis, in verses 1 to 5, what was the main demand made by Abraham to Eliezer in the choice he would make of a bride for his son Isaac? Associate the history of the question with our prophetic time regarding the Holy Spirit’s choice of the bride to be the bride of the Lamb.
SPANISH RESPONSE by Yessica Ferri, youth from MCC of Panama
TRANSLATION
In our answer, we find the main requirement that a woman of the same blood be sought, as we see in verse four.
Just as Abraham wanted to find a bride for his son Isaac, who was of the same kindred, so the Holy Spirit is preparing a church with the same genetics of Eternity. A bride who has the blood of Jesus. The peace of the Lord.
QUESTION FROM EBD ON 5/17/2020
Reading the book of Genesis, chapter 24, verses 51 to 56, identify the prophetic figures of the faithful church and the unfaithful church. Quote the texts and comment.
First part of the SPANISH RESPONSE by Fabiola Ferri, youth from the MCC of Panama
TRANSLATION
We can see that the Faithful Church is represented by Rebekah, when in verse 51 he speaks to us: “Here is Rebekah before you; take her and go, and let her be your master’s son’s wife, as the Lord has spoken.”
We see that the Holy Spirit had already identified Rebekah as the chosen bride, and that the Lord had already confirmed Eliezer, when in the text it also says: “take her and go, and let her be your master’s son’s wife, as the Lord has spoken.”
Second part of the SPANISH RESPONSE by Fabiola Ferri, youth from the MCC of Panama
TRANSLATION
We also see that the figure of the Infidel Church is represented by Rebekah’s mother and brother, when in verse 55, he tells us: “But her brother and her mother said, ‘Let the young woman stay with us a few days, at least ten; after that she may go.’”
We see that they were comfortable, had no commitment to the wedding. They also received precious things from Eliezer, but their commitment was to remain in their own lives. The peace of the Lord.

QUESTION FROM EBD OF 5/25/2020
Identify the historical and prophetic value of Faith – The Missing Link, which was addressed at Sunday Bible School, emphasizing the doctrinal biblical aspect.
JAPANESE RESPONSE by Larissa Yukari Shirase, youth from the MCC in Japan
TRANSLATION
FAITH, THE LOST LINK
THE HISTORICAL VALUE:
The man, in the garden of Eden, believed the lie and committed the sin of disobedience, thus losing the link with God.
THE PROPHETIC VALUE:
The Lord Jesus, in sacrifice on the Cross, in obedience to the Father, restores to man the missing link. Romans 5:19 – “For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so alo by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.”
The faith that establishes the link between man and God is the faith that comes from God. Ephesians 2: 8 – “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”
DOCTRINAL BIBLE ASPECT:
Salvation is for obedience. The missing link can only be found by the operation of the Holy Spirit.
QUESTION FROM EBD OF 5/31/2020
Reading chapter 3 of Song of Solomon, verses 6 to 10, identify in which verse can we highlight the complete doctrine of the plan of salvation prophesied in the old testament?
ANSWER IN ENGLISH by Lorrainy de Azevedo Brito and Samuel Pontual Thompson – youth from the MCC in Wallinford, Connecticut (USA)
TRANSLATION
The answer is in verse 10 of chapter 3 of the book Songs of Solomon that says:
“He made its pillars of silver, its support of gold, its seat of purple, it’s interior paved with love by the daughters of Jerusalem.”
The salvation project is prophesied here when it says that:
– The pillars were made of silver – silver speaks of redemption, a salvation that is related to the Son.
-Support of Gold – tells us about power, which is related to the figure of God the Father.
-Seat of purple – tells us about royalty, nobility, pointed to the blood of Jesus, who speaks to us of the Holy Spirit.
Thus, we find the operation of the trinity in the project of Salvation.
We could then translate the verse into the following sentence.
The salvation (silver), by the power (gold), of the blood (purple) of Jesus.
ANSWER IN ENGLISH by Jonathan Calzini Castro – youth from the MCC in Worcester, MA (USA)
TRANSLATION
We find the answer to the salvation project in verse 10 of chapter 3 of the Song of Solomon, which says: “He made its pillars of silver, its support of gold, its seat of purple, it’s interior paved with love by the daughters of Jerusalem.”
In verse 10, we have the characteristics of Solomon’s chariot, which demonstrates the plan of salvation through prophetic attributions hidden in the mystery of this Old Testament text.
In the Way for men to reach Eternity, we see in the silver pillars, which speak of Jesus’ redemption (salvation), in the gold ceiling, we see the representation of the power of God the Father, and the bench upholstered in purple, wine color, points to the Blood of Jesus, that is, His Holy Spirit.
Salvation is an election of the Father, an encounter with the Son and the direction of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the plan of salvation is demonstrated as: salvation by the power of God the Father and the blood of Jesus.
ANSWER IN KIRUNDI by Ndizeye Abdoulayi, youth from the MCC in Bujumbura, Burundi, East Africa
RUSSIAN RESPONSE by Nadejda Osipova, youth from the MCC in Moscow-Russia
TRANSLATION
Brethren, The peace of the Lord!
The answer to the question from the Bible School is in verse 10.
Songs of Solomon 3:10 – “He made its pillars of silver, its support of gold, its seat of purple, it’s interior paved with love by the daughters of Jerusalem.”
The silver pillars speak of: REDEMPTION
The golden support, speaks of: POWER
The purple seat, speaks of: BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST
This verse identifies the complete doctrine of the project of salvation, prophesied in the Coming Testament: REDEMPTION BY THE POWER OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS.
– Silver, in the Bible, symbolizes redemption. Silver was the price of redemption for which the Lord Jesus was valued. (Zechariah 11: 12-13).
– Gold, in the Bible, symbolizes power. The gold tested in the fire speaks of the power of the Holy Spirit. (Revelation 3.18).
– Purple, in the Bible, symbolizes the blood of Jesus. The red color of purple, the crimson, speaks of the blood of Jesus, the life that Jesus brought from eternity and gave us in the form of his Holy Spirit.
The purple also speaks of the royalty of Jesus, since the purple garments were worn by kings. Jesus was sovereignly exalted for having shed his blood, in the form of a man, so that all knees would bow at his feet. (Philippians 2: 9-11). Amen. May the Lord bless you!
